Here at Piet Retief Guesthouse we have a conference venue available for you along with conference equipment to be used. Our conference room has the ability to fit a maximum of 70 business delegates depending on the layout of the conference room.
You have the option of the following two room style layouts to choose from:
The U-shaped room layout (tables forming shape of a 'U' with chairs) allows a maximum of 50 delegates to be comfortably seated.
The cinema style layout (chairs placed in horizontal rows) allows a maximum of 70 delegates to be comfortably seated.

Our conference room is a spacious and light filled room which was perfectly designed to hold any type of conference, examples such as:

Conference equipment and facilities available for use consist of projectors, screen, air conditioning and tables and chairs which all help to ensure a successful and professional conference, also making presentations and demonstrations possible.

Another option that Piet Retief Guesthouse offers you is private functions at our lapa - if you perhaps wish to have an uninterrupted braai/small function and event you may book our outside thatched lapa.
